Jen Denys

Jen Denys is a talent connector. She thrives in opportunities when she can support organizations in developing frameworks that maximize their human potential, and to coach individuals to identify and embrace their unique gifts. Jen meets you where you are, and combines best practices with the practical realities of business and life to find solutions that will work for you.

  • Designed and coordinated Emerging Leaders' Leadership London - a 10-month leadership development program
  • Launched and led Fanshawe College's Mentoring For Success, Student-Alumni program, growing program from 5 to 100+ mentoring matches in 5 years
  • Conducted organizational reviews, clarifying job descriptions, analyzing structural strengths and weaknesses, and making recommendations for sustainability and strategic growth
  • Designed and instructed 12-week Career Management course for post-graduate Diplomas in Public Relations and Not-for-Profit Management at Continuing Studies at Western
  • Coached personal clients on defining and achieving success in life, and coached for performance improvement in employment situations
  • Co-facilitated Pillar Nonprofit Network's Peer Learning Circles for Executive Directors

Jen's professional associations include: HRPA, HRPLD, ADR Institute of Ontario, Emerging Leaders and the Strategic Capability Network . Currently, Jen is on the Board of the Women's Rural Resource Centre.

Jen is an established public speaker, accepting invitations to present at: TechAlliance's Gearing Up For Growth Conference, London & Region Fund Raising Executives, KWA Partners, Project Management Institute Southwest Ontario Symposium and the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers. In addition, Jen's writing has been published locally and nationally, and in 2009 she and a special associate were featured in the Financial Post.
